This April, we are most delighted to showcase Chef Stefan Stiller of 3 Michelin-starred and Michelin Green Star-rated Taian Table from Shanghai, China, and Chefs Francisco Araya and Fernanda Guerrero of Araya for a weekend of gastronomic decadence.
Savour a specially curated menu rooted in an alluring fusion of diverse cultures, as Chef Stefan brings refined, modern, and predominantly European cuisine which bears distinctive Asian inspirations from countries like China, Japan and Korea. Chef Francisco showcases Chilean South Pacific cuisine with indigenous and Japanese ingredients, while Chef Fernanda, one of the world’s most promising pastry chefs, features artfully unique breads and pastries.
